You can start customizing the "Featured Projects" slider by locating each layer and changing its setting in the right "Editor view" menu:

Please note that two of the images are set as layers and one is the slider background image.
Locate the "Slide 2" and "Slide 3" layers - they're locked and invisible by default. You have to unlock and make them visible prior to editing the images:
