In case you would like to import the demo events - https://consulting.vamtam.com/events/, please download the attached file (click with the right mouse button and then Save As XML) and import it into your installation from:
Step 1:
Dashboard > Wp navigation menu > Tools > Import > WordPress
Step 2:
If you haven't installed WordPress Importer plugin you'll see an error. Please proceed to install the plugin:
Step 3:
Please choose the import file, then click on the "Upload file and import" button.
Step 4:
Please assign posts to an existing user - choose from the drop-down menu. Please make a tick to "Download and import attachments" and click on the "Submit" button.
Step 5:
You'll see All done! on your Dashboard if everything is imported correctly:
Step 6:
Please go to Dashboard > Events and check if there are all demo events posts.
Please note that if you don't have the Pro version installed the events will look broken. We have Pro version on the demo website and most of the events are set to recurring mode.
This mode is a Pro feature and without it they will look broken. The imported events will be in draft mode so you have to adjust their settings to your needs and publish them.
